Walk For Wonderland

9thWFWIt’s that time of year again!  The 9th Annual Walk for Wonderland will take place on campus Friday February 23rd!

The schedule is as follows:

8:30 – 8:50 am: Opening Ceremony
8:50 – 9:50 am: Kindergarten and 1st Grade Walk
10:30 – 1:30 pm: 2nd and 3rd Grade Walk
1:00 – 2:00 pm: 4th and 5th Grade Walk
2:00pm: Closing Ceremony

Donations can be made online at the official Walk For Wonderland website

As students reach their $100 goal, individual names will be manually added to a single poster which will hang on each classroom door (like the Annual Giving Pizza Party Posters).

We will also deliver a pair of “Shwings”—small, fun sneaker accessories—to those same students as they reach their goal, in the same way we delivered Annual Giving mugs.  (Shwings has generously donated the “sneaker wings” to help our cause!)

This year, we are partnering with Proyecto Pastoral at Dolores Mission—a charitable organization that serves the children & families of the Boyle Heights community in East LA —to collect funds & sports equipment for their youth sports programs donations can be either left outside the main office or made online on the Walk For Wonderland website.
